Crystal D. Wiggins, AuD

Dr. Wiggins, AuD, CCC-A earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

Dr. Wiggins is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and certified by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA). She is licensed by the State of Texas to practice Audiology and to fit and dispense hearing aids.

As an audiologist, Dr. Wiggins’ main focus includes diagnostic testing along with the fitting of hearing aids for adult and pediatric patients. She joined the Texas ENT Consultants in August 2007. She comes to the practice with a wealth of knowledge of the latest in hearing aid technology.

Denise S. Masterson, AuD

Denise S. Masterson, AuD, CCC-A earned a Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

Dr. Masterson is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is licensed by the state of Texas to practice Audiology and to fit and dispense hearing aids. She has been and Audiologist since 1994 with previous experience in adult hearing aid fittings. She joined Texas ENT Consultants in February 2003 and her main focus includes diagnostic testing with a pediatric emphasis.

Dr. Masterson is the Director of our Newborn Hearing Screening program at The Woman's Hospital of Texas, Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, and Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital, these are state mandated programs that tests the hearing of thousands of newborns delivered at these hospitals each year.

Alan Heidecker, M.A., CCC-A

Alan Heidecker, M.A., CCC-A earned both his Bachelor’s degree in secondary education, and his Master’s degree in Audiology at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. He has worked as an audiologist since 1975. Most of his experience has been with preschool children and elementary students. He joined Texas ENT Consultants in January 2003.

Mr. Heidecker is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). He is licensed by the state of Texas to practice Audiology and to fit and dispense hearing aids.

While at Texas ENT Consultants, Alan’s main focus has been diagnostic testing with a pediatric emphasis.
