To suddenly be without your hearing instrument can be very upsetting, not just for you, but for family and friends as well. Yet, even with every precaution hearing instruments can malfunction or be lost. Please don’t take any chances – protect your investment in better hearing! We offer comprehensive warranty coverage for all brands of hearing instruments. The coverage provides protection against internal failure, damage and even loss.

All new hearing instruments fit from Texas Center for Hearing Aids come with a comprehensive two-year warranty covering repairs, fitting problems, and a one-time loss or complete damage replacement. Additional loss or damage insurance can be purchased after using the one-time replacement coverage. Before your warranty expires, you can purchase additional years of coverage.

If you experience problems with your hearing instruments, call our office and schedule an appointment to drop off the instruments. We can try to fix the problem in our office; however, more complex problems may need to be sent to the repair lab. It is an option to drop by our office without an appointment and leave the hearing aid for repair; however, the audiologist will probably not be available to meet with you at that time due to clinic hours.
